FAQ'S FOR THE 2025 CEREMONY

Where do we park?

Free Parking is available at the venue Hafren Theatre/ NPTC Newtown.

Can I leave my car overnight ?

Cars may be left overnight but at your own risk. The gates for the car park will be locked by midday on Saturday 18th October so please ensure your vehicle is collected by this time.

I am a vegetarian will I be catered for?

Any special dietary requirements can be met however please ensure you contact the organisers to advise of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance by emailing requirements to info@mwmg.org

What should I wear?

The event is black tie, you can view the gallery from previous awards evening at Archive — Powys Business Awards

What is the menu on the night?

Starter - Leek and Caerphilly Tart (V)

Main - Supreme of Chicken, SunBlush Tomato and Spinach Cream Sauce, Parmentier Potatoes, Tenderstem Broccoli, Baby Carrots

Pre ordered alternative - Beetroot Wellington with Mulled Wine Gravy (V)

Dessert - Dark Chocolate Tart, Raspberry Coulis, Vanilla Ice Cream

Tea/Coffee Stations

What is timing for the event?

Please arrive for a 6.45pm drinks reception, with the event starting at 7.15pm. The awards ceremony is scheduled to end approx 11.30pm, with carriages by 12.30am
